The Reef Octopus Hurricone Cat Series Protein Skimmer is a new line of high performance skimmers designed to be an ideal skimmer for todays saltwater hobbyist.
The Reef Octopus Hurricone Cat2e External Protein Skimmer has a recirculation design that can be run external or in sump and comes with key performance enhancing features like very high quality Askoll pumps, custom machined volute and pinwheel, removable bubble plate for easy cleaning, extended cone transition for dry foam production, long neck and a high quality build. All of these features designed specifically for the most demanding saltwater aquarium systems and fish tank set ups.
