The ETSS 900 has the features most requested by experienced hobbyists.

Tall Downdraft tower for superior gas exchange and very powerful skimming action. This skimmer is still very compact and similar in base size to the ETSS 600 XR.

It is designed for heavily stocked systems where its high skimming power is highly desired. While its size will not fit into most tanks stands, it can be easily installed behind or next to the tank. For tanks with separate filtration areas this skimmer is ideal.

Footprint is 7 inch by 10 inch. Inlet is 1 inch PCV socket fitting. Outlet is 1-1/2 inch gate valve for precise skimmer adjustment. Recommended input flowrate is 900 gph. Features new XR injection system. Single full size tall skimming tower. Increased contact time of the tall tower really increases the gas exchange and waste removing capability of this skimmer. More powerful than an ETSS 800 pro and at a lower price. Ideal for a tank with remote filtration or external skimmer placement.
