Purchased from a different site. Seam split after 4 months flooding our kitchen floor. Sent Picture of sump to AE Tech with no response, sent 2nd email a few days later and finally received response 13 days from date of 1st email offering to repair sump, considering cost of return freight and that I had to replace sump this was a case of too little service too late. I would not recommend this product or manufacturer to a friend.
