No disturbance of the ionic balance. Highly concentrated. This is the easiest and best long term solution. Boron is present in NSW (Natural Sea Water) in a concentration of 4.4 - 5.2 ppm. This element appears to be highly essential for coral growth. Too low of boron concentration might result in stagnation of growth. Too high boron concentration might upset the whole biological system of your aquarium. If you have noticed a low boron concentration (Salifert's Boron Profi-Test) you might want to increase the boron concentration to the correct level. This additive will increase the boron concentration in a safe way.
