Kent Marine pH Stable, neutral range buffer, 1000 grams dry
pH Stable will increase the total alkalinity (sometimes called buffering capacity, carbonate hardness, or KH) of freshwater aquariums, thereby providing a stable pH in the system. A test kit which measures alkalinity (carbonate hardness, or KH) is absolutely necessary for use of this product! pH Stable should be used prior to adjusting the pH. Does not promote algae growth! Phosphate Free!
Directions: First read the considerations for use section below. This is a professional strength product. Exercise care! If in doubt, use less, then measure pH. Consult an authoritative guide for the proper pH for the type of fish you are keeping.
Add 1/8 (one eighth) teaspoon powder to a pint (1/2 liter) of tank water and mix well. Disperse this amount around the tank for every 20 gallons (80 liters) of tap or tank water to raise pH. PH stabilization takes 24 hours.
