Expected Delivery Time
All international orders are shipped from our main California
warehouse where your package can be properly prepared
for international shipment. Orders shipped via US Mail
service
are picked-up weekly from our warehouse by the US Postal
Service. Orders shipped via UPS Expedited service are
picked up daily by UPS from our warehouse.
Payment Information
All prices on our website, in email messages, proforma
invoices, invoices and certified price quotes are in US
Dollars only.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, and American
Express for most international orders up to US $1000. However,
we regret that we cannot accept credit card payment from
some countries. In that event, a good alternative payment
option is a bank transfer. For orders over $500, we will
credit $20 towards the bank wire transfer fee if you choose
not to use a credit card. IF you would like to do a bank
transfer, please notify us in the "notes, special
instructions" field on STEP 3 of the check out process
and we will contact you with the wire directions.
For all new international customers, we require a faxed
or emailed copy or your credit card (front and back) and
a copy of your identification. Please email the required

IF YOU ARE A NEW INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER, PLACING AN ORDER
FOR THE FIRST TIME WITH US, WE WILL BE UNABLE TO PROCESS
