Unfortunately,
damages to products can happen during transit and delivery.
With any package delivery from UPS, FedEx, or the US
Postal Service it is your responsibility to notify the
delivery driver of any obvious damage to the package
or merchandise. The package(s) must be inspected upon
of receipt of delivery for any concealed damages. If
any damages to the product(s) are discovered, Custom
Aquatic, Inc. must be notified within 48 hours of receipt
of delivery. Please click here to report a damaged package.
In most cases, a replacement item will be sent out within
2 business days. The replacement item and shipping charges
will be at no cost to you. The item will be re-shipped
with the same freight method used on the original order
that incurred the damage. We are terribly sorry about
any damages that occur. We make every effort to ensure
your package arrives in excellent condition because we
are typically NOT reimbursed by the freight carrier for
the damaged items.
